The Program

The ILA culinary and mixology focuses on education, nourishment, and sustainability.  We think that the food or other substances necessary for growth and wellness should also look beautiful.  The program will teach of the endless benefits of plant based meals and cocktails and marry that with eye catching, sustainable design and techniques.

The Practices

A plant based, vegetarian menu helps limit the carbon footprint produced by the meat industry. Sourcing fresh, seasonal produce from small farms or local markets not only supports small business, but allows us to know exactly where our ingredients are coming from. While we try to be as efficient as possible and only source what we need, any surplus is properly composted or donated.
