The Venue
ILA Penthouse is an all encompassing event venue, educational space, and creative studio. There are a wide range of ongoing recreational and certificate programs or options for private gatherings and classes.
ILA Penthouse
Our Penthouse space offers clients exclusive access to the entire floor, including two bars and a catering prep kitchen. The 4,000 sq ft space can accommodate up to 125 guests for a seated dinner, or 175 guests for a cocktail-style event.
ILA Bar
Ideal for an intimate gathering, the ILA Bar features banquette seating, bar, and access to our ILA Penthouse amenities. The space can accommodate up to 50 guests for cocktails or 30 guests for a seated dinner.
ILA Gardens

With one-of-a-kind scenic views of Midtown Manhattan, including The Empire State Building, Hudson Yards, and One World Trade, the ILA Garden is the ideal space for any outdoor event. Our 4,000 sq ft rooftop can accommodate up to 200 guests for cocktails, or up to 150 for a seated dinner. The Gardens include access to the ILA Penthouse amenities.
