Awards Celebration & Benefit
Energy Vision’s 19th Annual Awards Reception was held on a clear fall evening in NYC at the beautiful ILA Penthouse on West 28th Street in the city’s flower district. With a turnout of 120 supporters and energy leaders from across the country, we presented awards to four industry pioneers who are moving the US toward a sustainable energy future and a leading American litigator, professor, author and greenhouse gas reduction advocate.
This event at ILA Penthouse served as a corporate meeting and celebration for Energy Vision for their second year back at the space! The 80-person event included a cocktail hour, silent auction, and cocktail-style award ceremony reception with cocktail tables throughout the sanctuary for seating.

Space Layout
For this event, we made a layout to invite a warm and welcoming environment where guests could easily move throughout the space, gather in small groups, and settle in wherever felt comfortable. A mix of banquet tables for the silent auction and grazing stations, along with cocktail tables for café-style seating, created a relaxed flow that encouraged mingling and meaningful conversation. The arrangement allowed everyone to enjoy the presentation and celebration without the confines of sitting at the same table all night -- perfect for this event and group.
