ILA Penthouse: Eco-friendly Event Venue

Located in the heart of Chelsea’s Flower District, ILA Penthouse has multiple uses for entertaining indoors and outdoors, from corporate team building events and trainings, unique dining experiences and other milestone celebrations including baby showers and weddings.

Our venue's botanical environment can be configured to suit your individual needs. We offer many catering options, custom cocktails & mocktails, event design services, and of course, flowers. Tables, chairs, house linens, dishes and glasses are all included with your rental.

ILA Penthouse and FlowerSchool NY are eco-friendly businesses. We compost organic matter daily, and do not allow single-use plastics, balloons, mylar or vinyl in our space. All of the floral designs are foam-free and supported by organic materials and/or reusable containers.

Our family style dinners are perfect for those groups looking to have a casual meal with friends and family. Sharing is caring!

For those interested in a more formal dinner, we can offer custom menus and plated service. These is ideal for business dinners and those who are not as well as aquanted.

Being in the home of the famed floral design center, FlowerSchool NY, we know a thing or two about flowers. We have a beautiful menu of flowers packages for you to choose from.

ILA Penthouse has depth of design at our venue. From table decor to full installations, from plates to glasses to golden silverware, and from linens to napkins to linen backdrops, we have you covered here at ILA Penthouse.

While we are happy to provide flroal design services through FlowerSchool NY, we are thrilled to work with any and all florists and will do our best to make their experience as beautiful as possible.

Musical Acts

Our favorite DJ company is 74 Events. Owner, Gary Hoffmann, is great to work with and his roster of DJs is deep.

Catering

While we have our own healthy and delicious catering, we are happy to work with other chefs and caterers who share ethical and eco-friendly business practices.
